-Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a 1lyt.com Hosting's server or customers are strictly prohibited.
-Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples include but are not limited to the following: unauthorized access, use, probing, or scanning of systems security or authentication measures, data, or traffic; interference with service to any user, host, or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system, broadcast attacks; forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting.
-You are allowed to Store personal Data Files that do not exceed your Webspace/Bandwidth, If found with files that exceed the limit (e.g. Movie files), 1lyt.com has the authority to request from the customer to either remove the file
or split it into file chunks. If subscriber refuses to respond. 1lyt has the sole authority to delete the said files.
-Subscriber shall be fully responsible for uploaded or downloaded files.
-1lyt.com cannot be held liable if subscriber's files are found to be in violation of copyright or constitutional laws.
-1lyt.com will take complete and total control of subscriber's files if found to be offensive or going against policies of legal origin.
-1lyt.com cannot be held liable for a subsriber's domain name.
We can only provide you with NS1 and NS2 without the IP so that your domain name will RE-direct to your account with us.
Make sure, when getting a Domain Name from other servers, It must have "URL Forwarding" Capability.
-A found abusive subscriber/site (e.g. flamers, adult, porno, offensive or haters) shall be removed from our servers with or without notice
-1lyt.com does not make BackUps from/for your sites and will be not held liable if in case of server downtime/crashdown/accidents/natural disasters.
-1lyt.com's primary servers and Data Center are based in Kentucky, USA and Austria, Europe.
Indulge us for not disclosing our Provider's name. 1lyt.com is a web host re-seller company and does not claim or own its own Data Center.
-The use of 1lyt.com's service(s) by a subscriber constitutes an unconditional acceptance of and agreement to 1lyt.com's Rules.
